Reymond Apparel Shipping Policies
1. Processing Time:
• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is shipped.
2. Shipping Methods:
• We offer standard time. Delivery times may vary based on the chosen method.
3. Domestic Shipping:
• We have 2 pickup points location for the Dutch and French side of the island. Your order will be in process 1-3 business days.
• Pickup location is listed when selected at checkout.
• We will send you an email confirming your package is ready for pickup at the location selected.
4. International Shipping:
• We ship to select countries listed. International shipping times and costs vary based on location. Shipping time is between 2-3 business weeks.
• Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply.
5. Tracking Your Order:
• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
6. Shipping Costs:
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

Return & Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Exchange: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Exchange Period: You may request an exchange within 10 days of receiving your order.
